Birth Doula Support

As your doula, I will provide:

Emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Up to 8 prenatal/postpartum visits (you customize!)
Phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy.
24-hour on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks until birth.
Continuous in-person support during labor and birth.
Access to a lending library of birth resources.
Support in finding community connections

I believe doula support should be accessible to all. I am a State-Certified Traditional Health Worker (THW), which allows me to accept OHP/Medicaid for my birth packages.

We are also in a period of exciting change: with the passage of Oregon Senate Bill 692, private insurance coverage for doula services is rolling out in the new year. As your virtual birth planning doula, I will provide:
