Hiya, I’m Kait! I’m a doula, social worker, and longtime believer in the power of community. My background is rooted in a decade of supporting young people and families through their most pivotal moments. Whether I was running youth-led sexual health programs, supporting communities in navigating crises, or providing birth support in rural Madagascar, the lesson was the same: people thrive when they’re supported by real human connection—not checklists, automated responses, or whatever TikTok says that week.

My approach is shaped by much more than just my work experience. My time living around the U.S. and the world taught me that support looks different for everyone. I bring that adaptability to my work, offering care that’s tailored specifically to you and your needs. My approach is also grounded in my own lived experience as an eldest daughter, a retired athlete, and someone who navigated family addiction and the loss of a parent in my youth. I intimately understand the weight of 'holding it all together' when things feel heavy. I know what it’s like to navigate complex family dynamics, and I use that history to hold a brave space for you to be exactly who you are. 

I understand that reproductive health is deeply politicized and impacted by systemic inequities, particularly for Black and Brown families, young parents, and the LGBTQ+ community. I am deeply committed to learning about and honoring the specific intersections of your identity, and also recognize that sometimes the best support comes from a doula who shares your lived experience. I am proud to be part of a diverse community of birthworkers where I am able to refer you to culturally specific care if that better aligns with your needs and wishes.

Whatever our working relationship looks like, my goal is to help you navigate systems, hold boundaries, and reclaim power over your body and your birth. I’m here as a steady presence you can count on: honoring the rawness of the experience while connecting you to a bigger web of community care.
